Service
DoorVault is a web-based real estate asset management platform for rental property investors. It helps users organize property records, track financial activity, store documents, generate reports, and analyze portfolio performance. DoorVault is not a law firm, tax preparer, lender, broker, property manager, or financial adviser.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Service and Account Emails
By creating or using an account, you authorize DoorVault to send functional emails needed or important for the Service. These may include verification, password, security, billing, subscription, product-critical notices, portfolio notifications, Knox alerts, document alerts, household invitations, professional invitations, and related account notices. These service emails are separate from marketing and newsletter emails. Marketing and newsletter emails are separate from service emails and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use DoorVault for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data that are not yours.
- Do not interfere with service performance, security, or integrity.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content that violates others' rights.
- Do not resell or redistribute access without written permission.
Your Data
You retain ownership of data you enter into DoorVault. We access and process it to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. You may export or delete data where the Service provides those controls, subject to retention needed for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Prices may change with notice. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Disclaimers
DoorVault is provided as is and as available. Outputs, reports, calculations, AI summaries, and alerts are informational and should be reviewed by you and qualified professionals before filing taxes, making investments, taking legal action, or making financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoorVault and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid DoorVault in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, create legal risk, or harm the Service or other users.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
