DoorVault connects to your Dropbox account and syncs property documents into your portfolio. Instead of manually uploading closing disclosures, lease agreements, insurance policies, and mortgage statements one at a time, you point DoorVault at a Dropbox folder and everything gets pulled in automatically.
Once synced, Knox AI processes each document the same way it handles any upload. It classifies the document type, extracts relevant data fields, and matches the document to the correct property in your portfolio. A closing disclosure populates purchase price, loan amount, and closing costs. A lease agreement fills in tenant name, rent amount, and lease dates.
This is especially useful during onboarding when you have dozens of existing documents scattered across folders. Connect Dropbox, select the folders, and DoorVault processes the backlog while you do something else.
From the DoorVault settings page, click Connect Dropbox. You will authorize DoorVault to read files from your Dropbox account through a standard OAuth flow.
Choose which Dropbox folders contain your property documents. DoorVault will monitor these folders for new and updated files.

Go to Settings in DoorVault and click Connect Dropbox. Authorize access through the Dropbox OAuth dialog.
Select the Dropbox folders that contain your property documents. You can sync multiple folders at once.
As Knox AI processes each document, review the proposed data on your property pages. Confirm or correct the extracted values.
Going forward, drop new documents into your synced Dropbox folders and DoorVault picks them up automatically.
