What is the Tenant Portal?

The Tenant Portal gives your tenants a simple, self service interface to view their lease, check payment history, and submit maintenance requests. Instead of calling or emailing the property manager for every question, tenants can look it up themselves.

This portal is designed to reduce the communication burden on property managers while giving tenants faster answers. Lease terms, move in and move out dates, payment records, and maintenance status are all visible without picking up the phone.

Tenants see their lease start date, end date, monthly rent amount, and any special terms. No more digging through email for the lease PDF.

Maintenance Request Submission

A complete record of past rent payments with dates and amounts. Tenants can verify payments without contacting the office.
